the rear prob needs to be pulled also your other option is to run more camber in the rear

With tein lowering springs, yes there will be gappage. Also, since it won't be that low, those wheels will poke poke, mexiflush style. That is unless you slam it/camber/pull.

You will be poking with those wheel sizes. You will need a pull and negative camber to get the rears to sit nice. The front shouldnt really be a problem but I will let the Y33 guys chime in because I am not sure if you will have enough strut clearance

It would take WAY more than a roll to make those wheels work. You're looking at a pretty major pull and camber, if you want to run Tein springs.
Those wheels wouldn't happen to be AutoCouture Supremes, right?

9 front and 10 rear will fit with no major problems with offsets from 0-30.
10 front and 11 rear will fit too with some fender rolling\shaving and camber!
with the offsets you wanna run (35) you will need spacers as you will rub!
his works are 19 X 9.5 0 and 19 X 10.5 -12
hope that helps

To answer your question, If you want good fitment you MUST roll your fenders. There is no other option.
However, pulling the guards/camber etc is all dependant on how extreme you want the fitment

youll at the very least need a fender roll. In comparison, 9.5j +0 is equivalent to 10 +6 on the outside. So your front specs will have 4mm more clearance on the outside. 10.5 -12 is equivalent to 12j +6 so youll have 2mm less clearance on the outside. Im pretty sure you can clear 10j +10 on the inside of the front. But its all gonna look wrong with tein springs on stock shocks.

thanks for being more specific. i was just trying to be very general in explination. but i do agree that the wheels will look only half as good as possible due to his ride height plans. save your $$$$ and either get coilovers or wait a little longer and get air! this will bring your ride height to a much more respectable level, and make you wheels look much better!

i agree with nismo.
i bought my wheels, then waited 3 months before my sus got here. i toyed around with getting some tein/espelir/whatever springs to run temporarily while waiting, but then i decided to do it right and just wait it out.
trust me, the anticipation will make the outcome much more pleasing :) (no homo)
