Which Vegas hotels are VIP slammed car friendly

I just figured maybe we could put some collective wisdom into this and find some hotels in vegas that are relatively speed bump free or atleast without those monster bumps.

reason why is I go to Vegas alot, and no I dont always drive a slammed car to Vegas, but for events like SEMA, or other times I really don't want to get stuck somewhere so here is what I remember.

Mandalay Bay- alot of those bolted onto the road speed bumps, pretty bad
Venetian- A few speed bumps, kinda big but overall not bad.
Rio- some pretty big unfriendly bumps.
Harrahs- some MONSTERS going down into the ramp going to parking.

these bumps can be pretty bad, bad enough to scrape the bottom of a stock integra and a benz c-class

anyone want to help out with some more feedback?

if i remember correctly, the parking garage at the wynn wasn't that bad

but then again, at the time, i was driving a raised, air suspended hummer h3.

the ramps up may pose a problem, but honestly i didn't think they were that steep

i usually end up valeting, though, cause i make it rain, bitches!

haha... i think i know the answer to this since im in the industry... this is all based on calculations with my ex 240sx and accord. to get an idea of how lot it was... my 240s kit could not clear a shoe under it, unless you were wearing chucks. my accord only scraped cuz of the stock cats. but it was pretty low until i ran over a rock on the road that put a hole in my transmission. the rock wasn't higher than six fingers. but you couldnt fit a jack under the jack points. after that incident i raised it a little bit. but you still couldnt put a jack under the jack points. haha.

-Caesars is your worst nightmare. The speed bumps are more like speed mountains if you enter through the front (off of LV Blvd). by request of celine dion. (i guess she didnt like racers. haha) cuz you will get stuck on those bitches and you could see saw your car. if you go through the back, you only have to go through one monster speed bump. The parking garage isn't actually that steep. but cars get jacked there a grip.

-MGM is also pretty easy to get around but a bitch if you forget where you parked.

-Mandalay bay, is hell speed bumps, refelectors and parking structure slope. good luck.

-Luxor, and Excalibur are cool because they're more outside parking lots than structures.

-tropicana, hooters, flamingo, any of the older hotels are a bitch to park in not only cuz of their steep ass slopes, but because of their narrow parking structures too.

NEVER PARK IN GAMEWORKS

Monte Carlo/New York new york is aight, you could make it.

Planet hollywood/paris is aight just because you have a bunch of room to take angle in.

ballys/bellagio is good too.

treasure island/mirage is where you can get some dope ass pictures of the strip, and yes its easy to get around in there, but security is a bitch if they see you "loitering".

bills gamblin hall... i have no idea what you would want to do there, but its small and narrow, but no real speed bumps.

-imperial palace/harrahs actually have massive speed bumps in valet, but not in the parking structure.

-Venetian has speed bumps, and steep as slopes, but you could make it slowly but surely.

-Wynn is decent, nothing to worry about.

-Palazzo is cool too, mind the giant reflectors.

downtown, i wouldnt recommend, but are actually a lot easier to get around in, except for the narrow part, but no real speed bumps.

-if you're going to stratosphere i'd suggest you park in the lot across the street.

-Rio/Palms/Gold coast/ orleans are all safe even at full down.

-Tucany/Alexis Park/fairfield all have ways around the property that dont have speed bumps.

-Hardrock is mainly outdoors too, but still isnt anything to worry about in the parkin structure.

-if you make it to redrock/southpoint/suncoast you're safe as well.

I believe i covered it all.. i may have missed one or two, but this is off the top of my head. i dont know bout motels or anything, but most motels around here let you park right in front of your room with very minimal speed bumps, and a lot of booty for sale. Just remember to differ a cop and a real hooker is to ask them to pose nude for you. Cops will say no cuz they cant arrest you for that and that'd be wasting their time. Hookers will be like show me the money. haha.

so what did we learn today? if you're really VIP valet that shit. If you dont trust people driving your car and want to get over speed bumps easily... BAG that shit. SWITCHES over coilover keys all day. which is what i'm planning on. no offense to anyone =) i just cant imagine driving around looking for parking holding up everyone behind me holding my breath, shruggin my head into my shoulders, hoping to not hear any scrapes. haha. and that my friends is a quick overview of the Las Vegas Parking situation. hope this was helpful. Thank you come again.

Just came back from Vegas this past weekend. The excalibur bumps are no joke. Also drove to Ceasar's, those drive ways are mad steep. Also in Rio. I don't think any of them are VIP slammed friendly. I had to lift my shit everytime.

Most of the hotels on the strip have huge speed bumps in or around thier parking garages. I think all the hotels with an open parking lot would be somewhat dumpt friendly, either way id be more scared of the crazy taxi drivers than some speed bumps.

=) good timing too SEMA is just around the corner!

The only thing about Valet is you have to have to make sure they park your car up front. Alot of the times, the drive to the valet lots are just as bad and they wont give a crap about your car and if anything breaks. They will swear it was like that before they touched it =/.

again thanks for the completeness!

only part to really worry about is when you enter and you got the steep slopes... and the giant reflectors on the ground. you're kev, marv and zarahs friend right?

guys, can we confirm the slammed-friendliness of the rio (don't have air, c/o only)? might have to take the Q, since nobody else has a car. i don't mind valeting, either.

I did Valet once at MGM with the GS, the rear lost air for some odd reason overnight and cracked against the parking bumper. After that, we just had them park both the GS and LS outside in front. Just give them a decent tip, they will park a good looking car outside

yea they do .. specialy if the car looks good the managers usually dont give you crap on the y's and who's to park in front ..

or you justlet them know that car gets low or something one of my friends does that he has airrunner on his car and he lets them know about it so the valet dudes are aware .. but then again he has the auto start controller thing that it raises the car when it starts from the remote but he has it set for valet so it looks like its 4x4 lol
