PERFORMANCE

i was lookin into a lexus ls400 and im wonderin what performance mods there are available for this platform.

if nothing for this car what is the best platform to start with if i was lookin to look vip but still get some speed and performance out of my ride?

i'd suggest giong for the later '98 on ls400 if you are after a bit more power. the vvti engine feels much more "punchy" torque wise. basic exhaust and induction mods should free up a bit more power, i've heard the rods dont like forced induction much. depends on how quick you want to go, mine will keep up with a stock evo8 up to 100, but they are big cars to haul up if you need to stop in a hurry! no point going fast if you cant stop or get round corners, mine gets interesting if i ask it to corner fast =)

i spend every weekend at the local dragstrip with my other cars and i would love to get some decent straight line performance out of this style car and be completly different.
 
what are the motor swaps that work with this platform
