I came across 2 12in Rockford Fosgate Punch subs w/ a box and an 800w amp for $150. is that a good deal?
wats the info on the subs, doesn't seem bad, does it come with wire kit and fuses or is that just it?
Nope. I'm pretty sure that's all it comes with. Is 800w enough to power 2 12s? And can I rock this setup with my stock headunit off my 2gs?
need more info. punch is a large line. amp info? model numbers would help. i wouldn't get too excited, you can get 2 p1s for $120 right now new and authorized.

Well, for anything bigger than a 6" mids, it needs power amps. Unless you're going for active woofer, then it can be linked to your stock HU directly.

Well, to sound nice and punchy, ofcourse it should be amped. But then, technically a 6" mids can be powered by the HU while sub can't right? :lol:
