New guy from NM.

What's going on? I live in NM and drive a DSM. I am looking into an older Lexus for a daily and I like the VIP style. I'd like to get a 97+ LS or 99-01 GS to be my daily grind car. I always research before making a decision, so that's why I'm here! :biggthumpup:

Well, I never quite got to make my 99 GS into the VIP car that I wanted, but I have a newer GS that I will do a few things to. If anyone could help, that would be great!

I have a 2010 GS350 AWD that I would like to put on air and I'd like to have 20in wheels over 19in. I've been trying to research what offsets work well with air, but of course every car is different. Here are a few questions:

Is rolling and pulling fenders fairly normal and easy? 
Do you have to have higher offsets with air than a static "flush" drop?
Do you have any idea how to find a good body shop to help with rolling, pulling, etc work or is it trial and error (seems costly)?
