95 ls400 high mileage?!

lookin to buy a 95 ls400, it has 160,000 miles on it but its something that i can buy and throw money into, i wanted to know some opinions of others...what should i do as far as the motor?

1) rebuild the current motor change hoses, etc

2) motor swap (and if so, what motor?) be realistic too please :D i thought of a few ridiculous ones already haha

Thats not that much for a 1uz. They last forever. Ive seen some with 300k plus before needing a rebuild. Just keep the maintenance up to date. Timing belt, water pump, fuel filter, air filter, plugs, etc.
