1990 G50 pics.....

I know my car is not all out VIP yet but I'm working on it. I also know you guys are going to knock my new wheels but I couldn't afford to spend 4g's on wheels. The wheels are TSW Sakata 5's....Front: 19x9.5(3.5"lip) (245/35/19)(20 total offset) - Rear: 20x10(4.5"lip) (265/35/20)(15 total offset). My near future plans are to buy new headlights and go with the JP front and rear bumpers. Thanks for viewing and let the ripping begin.....:dance:

Actually i'ma not knock it....Looks clean! I actually never liked that particular model mainly cause of the grill, but I like yours. Wheels don't look bad and stance is nice. I would just get rid of the NOS and get some pipes...future upgrade for wheels though..N E wayz welcome to the site! BTW you can def find some nice deals on rims here..

Anywayz, Sounds like you're on the right track to building a VIP car. A few tweeks here n there and you'll be good to go. :biggthumpup:

looks good, new wheels look nicer than the old ones (came across them on some other forum somewhere!)
 
not sure on the bulbous nature of the front and rear bumpers or the light  covers, but you say you are changing all of those things anyway so you've got a good plan going i reckon! :biggthumpup:

Make a few changes and your on the right track.  You can always land some good deals on used wheels on this site.  Some of the ballers here change their wheels every year and let their old ones go for cheap.  Good luck

I work in the car industry and have a good friend who works for les schwab tires. I got just  the wheels  for 915 out the door. There usually around 300-335 a wheel shipped. Thanks for all your compliments and advice. Cheers....

Never really liked this model either.... very nice execution with what you have.. this is the first that I have liked.... its not as clean with that particular kit, but Im biased to white cars.... I think when a VIP car is done right, people that don't know have to say "what did he/she do to it?".
I actually like the Eyelids, I think they pull the focus away from the grill...

I like it. Ive never seen those wheels on a car (havnt really looked) but they look pretty sharp for having convex spokes. Is the car on bags, or is it just that low?

Its on modded Z32/R32 Tein coils.....at max drop 4". I also have adjustable arms in front and rear. The car actually sits quite a bit lower but the way its parked it raised the drivers side a little. I'm also running quite a bit of camber especially in rear but its hard to tell from those pics. I'll get some better ones up sometime this week with it on flatter ground.

looks like it wasn't as big of a deal as i thought it would be, nothing but compliments so far. i guess "the new vsc" is a lot friendlier. new wheels look good. should look even better with the new kit. :biggthumpup:

good job at getting those wheels to fit good.  have you trued it w/o the kit.  it may/ may not look better but you will be able to drop it lower

The front bumper is just not doing it for me, but everything else is :thumbsup:

I'm barely clearing the inside of the tires on the inner fender well and thats after hammering the hell out of the inside wheel well. Remember I have coils not bags so going any lower will not make it drivable. And without any kit on, it looks like a monster truck lol.

At least it's flush, haha

that's why i was waiting for you to pm me for a $ lol... its kinda banged up right now but ill take pics if your interested... its a authentic Juntion Produce kit & it fits perfectly... with the way your car is lowered though i think you should run air before trying out the kit b/c im on stock suspension & i still use to scrape the kit going sideways over speed bumps... the rear bumper had some work done to it but its clean & straight... shoot me some offers cuz i even have the rear president trunk & zenki lights, damn kouki's everywhere... If you haven't noticed, if your interested in the parts specified your going to be taking up my prjkt so ill most likely sell you most of my modifications so pm me if your serious...
