Man Im Glad I live in Texas. The heat sucks balls but it fails in comparison to other parts of the country getting tornadoes and earthquakes. We get a hurricane once in a while but for the most part I feel safe here from natural disasters.

I love how people in other states say things like this. You'll take 300+ days of hot, humid, sticky, puke weathers every year VS. 15-30 seconds of shaking every 10 years or so:runcoold:

I've lived in LA for 12+ years. In that time, I have felt 3 earthquakes with the recent one being the biggest. The grand total out of all 3 is roughly 30 seconds of rolling, going "wow, the ground is moving!" and then getting right back to your business. In fact, the last one here, a few months back, I was posting EARTHQUAKE! while it was going on.

Yeah, I'll gladly take earthquakes over hot, humid, mosquito loving Texas. I <3 having my windows and doors open 80% of the year with no heat or AC needed. Yeah.

I've lived in the South, I lived back East, then I moved out West, it's definitely the best. haha, don't steal my rhymes fools!!
