2gen GS in shop

so we finally got the car in the shop and the coilovers on. it was so low we couldnt drive it because the front wheels were pinned against the fender.
 
we raised it to a drive heighth and i am working on it sunday to lower some more but still be able to roll

they are Stance Coilovers made for the 2gen GS

You sir, with such a drop on coilovers have my top respect. Just need some spacers or a set of more aggresive wheels to make it bite!

that is a mean coilover drop. notch or bfh and drive low!

Gotta love the GS.

cant see the pictures here at work for what ever reason ... but congrats on the drop ...

+2 on the spacers. after that you can adjust the height (if you have already shaved the fender). that should give you the stance w/ some clearance to roll on.

how are you liking the stance coils?

glad to know everybody is likin it.
 
im in process of getting spacers. and fixin the drop but as soon as i have the pix i'll post em up.

lookin good..i can tell u first hand..driving as low as that picture will be impossible..if there were no such thing as speed bumps and potholes and driveways..id drive that low too..i guess thats just my fantasy world:shrug:..thats why im at my height..which is still a challenge to drive

good start

i drove that low on coils on 18's for about 3 days. my control arms just rested on the wheelwell in the front and my exhaust was about 1/4 inch off the ground

^^thats why i say its probably unsafe and not that fun at that height..drive as low as possible but without risking ur oil pan or anything else..oh and that upper control arm noise? that bugs the shit out of me..haha so i wouldnt be able to even last 3 days like u did..maybe 1 at the most
