Why is the thread format backwards on VSC?

Why does the thread format go from newest post to original post, and not original post to newest post like all the other forums?  I guess this forum is vip, so it's read backwards lol.  Just curious, will welcome any enlightenments.

check your options, you can choose whichever you want. 

you have control as to which one you want to view.

The format is kinda cool...I guess, atleast I don't have to scroll all the way down to the latest post, but on the other hand, I still have to scroll down to read the original post. Kind of a half glass empty, half glass full situation. :pat:

oops, I meant glass half empty, glass half full situation...That's another thing, I can't edit my posts either. I wish they would hurry up and confirm my account already.

Maybe it's because the site is "Mad tyte JDM yo!". IDK but it's the first forum to run the reverse format that I've joined. I've gotten used to it so the setting might stay.

That was what I thought at first hahaha...

But then I knew there had to just be a setting for it, and switched it to the normal style for me.  Much easier navigation, plus starting at the threads first post is better imo.

You should also set the post count to 40 posts per page.  Less clicking bahahhaa

one of the first things I do when I join up a new forum using vB format.

change the forum display options, 40 posts or more per page and on. haha.

just like how japan read their magazines and stuff. haha. vip thats why. lol. 
i was a little confused when i first made my accout cause i was so used to other forums and stuff. but im used to it now. haha.

thanks...I was thinking the same thing as the OP...but then I found this thread and now I can read the forums "normal" ha.ha
