Whats the ideal offset for W124 500E?

Hi guys, im new here..

Just wondering whats the best offset for W124 500E fender?

My current wheel now is F18"x8JJ+47 (still have 5mm space) / R18"x9JJ+47 (still have 20mm space for a tight fitment)

Im thinking of changing another wheel. Im planning to get a PCD converter 112 > 114.3 (25mm)

I spotted a PCD114.3 wheel but the offset is F19x8.5JJ+38 and R19X9JJ+38

so i calculated with the 101 wheels calculation, here's the result:

Inner Clearance: 3mm more
Outer Position: Extend an extra 15mm

so 15mm + 25mm(spacer) = 40mm all around Front & Rear.

Is it wise to cut/pull/weld the front fender? i guess i need to pull 2cm for the rear and 4cm for the front.

Need the VIP guru helps

Thanks

Btw i havent changed to the 500E fender yet, using a stock fender..which is quite a squarish design.
