SEMA cars!!! Who is going??

Anyone going this year. Rumor once again is that not many companies are showing up. But anyways, if you're going out there, let me know.

What's the date and where's it going to be at?

Tuesday, November 4th - Friday, November 7th
itll be at the Las Vegas convention center

Mike you know we will be there with some goodies ;)  cant say what they are but im sure picutres will tell the story!!!!!!!!!

I was planning to show up but things never turn out the way I would like them to. Need to spend more money and time on repairs. Next year for sure.

Yeah SEMA has that rumor but their pricing is still a bitch!

Here's a word of advice don't get a hotel if your going to stay the week do a vacation house off the strip!
Cheaper and a week of partying is alot so it's nice to be able to take a break if you need to and not be in the middle of all the hotels and temptations!

We all need to meet up one day at the show!

We're going again....but yeah, it's not going to be the same.  Many of the companies I've spoken to are really cutting back on marketing.
 
Oh, we got a 5 bedroom house on the golf course with a pool, so I won't be spending that much time at the convention center....=)

I'm supposed to be there but like me attending the AF meets..... don't hold your breath hahahahaha

I have never been to sema ... I need to make sure I can get those das off next year

Hopefully I will be up with a local shop. But no car. the 50 is all torn a part. Will have to try for a new project next year. T_T

wow sema 2008 awesome ,!!! i remember 2006 i was there i had alot of fun plus you get to meet all these companies and their pruducts and get free stuff thats the fun parts also halloween is a blast in the treasure island hotel lobby you guys should check that out for sure , also in 2006 C16 magazine american media had a nice party and carmen electra was there so look out if they do it this year its bad ass !!! they gave some chips to get in the vip and the club so be aware of that , i went as media  i am a side editor for a car magazine and got media credits ! just a little secret you guys didnt know about me jajaja , anyways enjoy guys maybe next year ill make it ans shoot a few cars , my personal car dealerships got me on lock down the rest of the year !!!!! Sema isn't during halloween this year, so it wont be as great. Should be fun. I'll be there for sure on weds-sat/sunday.

do you have to have a booth to display? sorry, not too familiar with SEMA, but i know their criteria is hard to meet.

I'm going Thursday and Friday, but only because I have several meetings.

The GS isn't going, the reality is that it's too old for the "big boys" to use it in their booths.
Nobody wants and NSX, Hachi, or MR2, either.

Suits me just fine, I hate dealing with auto transportation companies.
And I won't drive those cars that far... no way, no how.

SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) is held every year usualy first week of November for . IT IS NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. No booth. Just have a contact looking for specific cars but already found. Thanks.

spying for motor trend md!?? lol i just recently heard that this flex thing is a competition between the magazine companies to see who will take the ford booth. so far i hear the top flex's are motor trend's and heavy hitters (us). i also hear motor trends designers is the school of design.

Can't make SEMA, saved up my vacation time for another trip to Tokyo at end of Nov, and some for Christmas. And, I wish I could go to the Autofashion ViP show on Sunday. Got a wedding (open bar) the night before, no way in hell I'd be able to make it out there on Sunday for the show, even more so driving by myself. :signdammit:
