help on size wheels

i'm looking 2 purchase some wheels for my 98 gs300. i want 2 go with 19's but i'm not sure if i can go with 19x9.5 front and 19x10.5 in da back.[IMG]http://petrolwheels.com/wheel_styles/three-piecewheel-traviata.php[/IMG]
 
will i need 2 do some mods on my body. i wanna go with coilovers.

We all believe in making your car fit the wheels...i think you will def. need to shave the rear fender, and strech the tires at least...i'm sure you'll get more info soon..

Is it the width and offset that makes the difference? 20x9f and 20x10r would definitely need some work or would it depend solely on the offset?

thanx errone. i think da offset on those wheels are 38 front and 30 back.

Yeah, you will definitely need to do some shaving with that offset and not to mention mildly stretched tires.

If you are that worried about it and are not wanting to do much bodywork, use the link i posted, it will help point yoiu in the right direction.

shaving? like cutting the rear quarter panels??? can't just roll it??? cause my friend with a solar got his cut... and his tire popped cause of it rubbing it a tad bit.

You can roll it, but the GS fenders tend to dimple much easier due to the screw holes.
