Nexen N3000 Tire Stretch

Well I wanted I'm still new here so I can't post in the sticky thread but here are the specs as follow for the below tire stretch...  We are testing these and a set of Falken FK452 in a couple of wheels on the same wheel to compare...  Hope this helps someone...  I'm gonna post another pic of the whole car build....  Going on a 05 Gs300 on coil-overs

Nice stretch.  That tire looks like it runs true to size.  Can't wait to see them on your ride

i know im bumping up an old thread but i was kinda curious as to see how my 245/35/20 nexen would look on a 20x10.5. And i did a search and here it is! I picked up some 225/35/20s also for the front and they look just as wide as the 245s LoL i guess i will find out later on today or this week to see whats the deal!!

I don't get why anyone buys $3K-$6K in wheels and then cheaps out on tires, the single most important thing on any car. Garbo like Nexen, Nankang, Sunny, General, etc...

Looks good i'm running the n7000 on a 10.5 245/35/20 and it's mint i love it.

Well i'm running nexen on my LS and i like the fact that there "cheap" since streching the tire & camber due to lowering will ruin a tire fast, it'll be easier & cheaper to replace them & i can go through 2whole sets of 4 for the same price as your one set of "good/exspensive" tire.

^^^Yes! w/ camber and mild streching tires wear out like rolls of toilet paper at a chili cookoff. Unlike many on this site I go through a set every 7-8 months (which is actually considered good). Those days of tires lasting for years are long...... gone!

All you're basically looking for is a black band of rubber, since you're driving slow as shit anyways, and they wear out really quickly. I guess that makes sense. I was still thinking in terms of handling, where tires are the single most important decision in that category. Carry on haha.

Yeh thats true, but i still prefer to buy "middle of the range" rubber. Having good rubber greatly improves handling etc, but the best thing is good braking. People dont realise just how much a good tyre will improve braking. 
 
Also, running a good tyre for wet weather imo is a must, even the best drivers can be caught out if your not paying a lot of attention to what your doing

also some tyres stretch better than others, irrespective of price. some run narrow, some run wide, some dont really like to stretch much whereas others dont seem to mind it so much.
