Haha, ouch, go easy on him.  Guys, if you think only a black, white, or silver car is "vip" then you need some schoolin'.  I can't say it enough...although it is more common, it is NOT law to have a monochrome colored car...as long as it's done cleanly, nearly any color "could" work.  To me, the red works...end of story.

The Red breaks the color mold in the US VIP Scene and I welcome it with open arms.

I like the red color as Ive seen alot of "out of the norm" colors in my OLDER VIP mags and it always are the ones that stands out and looks intense.

I like the red, it's a sick ride. One of my new favorites is the dang lime green Y33 on November or October VIP Style or Car cover (a pretty chicks car, can't recall which cover it's on, but it's in both from that month).  I would never go for lime green, but it's so sick.  Jermaine's red Y33 is a one of a kind, that's no joke, done up right man.

I agree with you on that.  There is nothing you can do about it though.  No matter what you do, everyone isn't going to like it.  When you go with a loud build like yours, you have to expect that.  Its better to build a car that you like that gives people strong opinions, love or hate then to have something that doesn't get you any opinions. :thelaw:

^ i agree on that. if you do something different that people arent expecting or arent used to some people will react with dislike. but thats the thing, they will talk about it and remember it and it gets things moving/people thinking.
 
personally i like the brighter colours and its definately not unusual for red and many othre coloured VIP cars in the mags etc, but it seems you guys in the US are all for the dark/monochrome colours. i guess its instantly more recognisable as 'VIP inspired' if its one of those colours but its nice to see a change :)

fresh ass ride!  red or black, car is bangin, period.  lots of custom work.  when you first posted the car painted red, i had to figure out if the car was from japan or states.  i had to look at the cars parked in the background to figure it was stateside, so it was def out of the norm and i likes it!!!

the black is ok but i like the red better....i just dont like the new headlights.
