Yes, that is exactly what they are for. They are Cusco S14 top hats from S14 coilovers but you need these with S13 rear coilovers to fit them into a Y33.

cant you use a s14 coilover for the rear's on a 1997 q45? or do you have to use s13 coilovers with s14 tophats????

^ I think you can use the s14 coilovers but they are much taller than the S13's and you won't be able to get nearly as low....
