Crazy! My co-worker got shot.
You realize how things can change in a matter of minutes. I work with this guy and he's really cool. I help him quite often when I see him struggling to pick up boxes, etc. Feel sorry for him.

There was a time where the last job i held had lost me, and no job had found me yet, evasive muddasokkas. (semantics ke ke ke!)
I was down to my last 13 dollars on my way to an interview. On the off-ramp, there was this bum, as usual, bumming off people with a sign that says he hasnt eaten for x amount of days. I Felt compelled to share 1 of my 13 dollars to even out my bad luck for the day.
I roll down my window and handed him the dollar. He then grabs the dollar and then waves it on my face with a patronizing tone, says to me " is that all you have for me, you effing this and that, you work in OUR america and dont even have the decency to share what you earn".
Lets just say, I got my dollar back; Yes, it only took cars backed up all the way to the freeway, four cop cars and an ambulance and 40 hours at an AM programme, but i did get my dollar back.
