How DO I REMOVE THE TENSION PULLEY?

long story short; my car makes a whine/buzz sound when i turn the steering wheel left or right, and after doing some research, i figured my tension pulley bearing went out, so i am going to replace it. i have worked on MANY cars and done MANY swaps but never touched a q45 and just asking for a quick run down. doesnt need to be a full write up, just a few steps to follow. any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

You do it from under the car. Check on NICO there is a good write up about replacing the belts on a G50, you might want to let us know what kind of car. When replacing the belts you have to remove the tensioner pulley. it's probably a bearing. Have you checke dyour PS Fluid?
