Chassis Codes

*EDITED*
I am relatively new to this site, and at first I noticed that a lot of the people on VSC use chassis codes to talk instead of year/make/model. This was confusing to me at first, so to make it a little easier for the people like me, I've decided to make a comprehensive list of all chassis codes and their respective make/model/year to be able to tell quickly which car someone is talking about if they say "F50" or "Y33". If there are any mistakes or additions please let me know and I will change/add them. *Mods-possibly sticky?*

Might be worth adding/mentioning

UCF11 = UCF10
UCF21 = UCF20
UCF31 = UCF30

As for exactly what the "1" code designates, I've yet to read a concise/trustworthy answer. My understanding/guess is that it has to do with trim level and/or installed options, also I believe these chassis codes were not used in US but I may be wrong about that. If someone has the real answer straight from Toyota's mouth I'd like to know more.

I agree this is a good start to this thread and will be useful to others!

BHAxx = 94-98 Familia/Protege :D

jk.

But non-plats of note would be:

KA8/9 = Acura RL/Honda Legend 96-04
HD platform = 91-96 Mazda 929/Sentia/Serenia/MS-9
HE platform = 95-98 Mazda 929/Sentia

Vans of note:

TCR10/11/20 = 1990-2000 Estima (91-97 Previa)
RA1/2/3/4/ = 95-98 Honda Odyssey/Isuzu Oasis
