how much care do you need for Air?

Just wanted to know how practical air suspension and how does it feel when driving it?

Im not sure how the word "Practical" fits in the world of VIP......
 
All cars are different. Too many variables when it comes to setups.
 
Jus dont cut corners when buying the 'core' of your Air suspension and you'll be trouble free. :biggthumpup:

Does it effect with heat and humidity?

I heard from my friend it could blow up. In my place the temperature could reach about 120F

Sometimes you want a cool car but afraid you would loose alot of money and doesnt become partial.

I want both but every where you look it either this or the other one.

i been on air for awhile and its my daily driver... the ride is pretty smooth if you get it at the right height.... too low or too high its going to bounce alot... every car is different you gotta find the right height.... most of the time it would only blow if your bag is rubbing against something or your psi is too high but thats if your gonna run hydrogen...

What about handling 1 feet bump road there is alot of bump in my area.

lowering the car will definitely hit the front spoiler

1foot bumps in the roads? May I suggest a Jeep? 
 
If you want "Practical"...leave the suspension alone and keep it at stock height. 
 
Car customizing typically means you are willing to give up sum sort of OEM [I]practicallity[/I] for "coolness". Once you mod a car it only appeals to persons sharing your taste. 
 
Sum people prefer Nike over Puma and swear they are more comfy....sum like Adiddas. all are probably comfortable but it depends on the person wearing the shoes.  Some of us come from a performance background and like our dampers set slightly stiff for better control.
 
you have to be a bit more specific in what youre after....there are way too many variables to this question you're asking.

This is [B]VERY rare[/B] but it [U]can[/U] happen with chromed tanks.
 
You will be fine with the high temp and Humidity extremes :)
 
 
I dont know how many tuner shops u guys have there but seem to have lots of cool cars. You should call one and let them know you are interested in Air suspension. Have them call you when they're doing an Install, so that you can go down and see how it all works in person. 
 
as far as the roads go...I prefer Fast UP and slow DOWN when building Air ride systems. We have places on our freeway that will destroy a fiberglass bumper when riding low. I know some peoples cars wont go up fast enough to avoid damage when going 55-60mph 
 
To me, that defeats the purpose of having air suspension....but thats jus my opinion :)

well I dont have much knowledge as most people here.

But I seen many styles like lowriders, hotrods, imports, Euro...etc

I want to make my own style if I have a car and take ideas from each.

I love car and I not loyal to one manufacture. If putting an RB32 on Lexus to make it faster then I cool with it. 

But I never build car in my life or just been around information.

by the way i like the vipstyle because it much more of a sleeper than hey look at me type of thing. dont want to attract alot of attention on the road. just people who really knows about car will notice it

i like da ride its smooth... and its my daily driver

i been driving on it everday for a year now.. no problems.. if its done right.. and the streets in hawaii are just screwed up..

where do you live?  the mountains?  i say leave it at your stock height, if its that bad..
       it cost to look good...:shrug:

lower drop, more lift, better ride, and fewer maintenance issues (if done right) :biggthumpup:

yeah, im with ocklasse on this one, hydraulics will lift like 50ft in the air.  air like jordan.  im in the process of my bag setup so i couldnt tell you.

i beat the crap outta that thing (if you couldnt tell)

im on air daily driven as well.  ive had my setup for a few months now and my AZ died on me today.  needless to say im pissed but i talked to az and they are going to warrenty the compressor.

question.... for drift girl.... where are located....??  what shop would u trust to do install for air suspension for  lexus...???   how much does it usually cost to install???

The problem with hydros (well, there is more than one) is space.  The trunk on my car is super shallow.  I don't see where there's room for batteries and pumps and all that.  At least with air, you can mount the tank in the trunk, and mount the compressors underneath the car somewhere, if you can find room.
