UAS+IS350=Not low enough!

I'm using UAS on my IS and for some reason my car doesn't sit low like the other guys I've seen. I want my car to lay out on the floor! But I don't know whats stopping me...any inputs?!?!

Is it hitting something?

Or do you just need shorter struts?

im not sure why youd want it lower if the car bottoms out?

I guess if you REALLY need it lower... cut the and re-weld the mounting perch(s) lower.

That's what I've been told but I'm trying to stay away from that option. When I said it was bottoming out I meant the stock struts. Cause the rears I can drive all the way down no problem, but you can clearly hear the fronts. I've been told to get different struts but there isn't anything out there.

yeah, you're going to need a shorter strut then :(

Prolly end up going with coilovers and mounting the bags on them....which is always the best option...most expensive as well

anyone coilover that is 2.14" in diameter or smaller.

I hear that the TEIN CS brand fits. I think you can add the EDFC to it and have comfort at your finger tips

did you make sure the sleave on the inside of the bag "4 1/2 inches.. " and where you mounted the perch to the top of the strut is 4 1/2 inches..

make sure the strut side mesures the same if the perch is higher that sleave will bottom out before the actual strut bottom out.. and leave the car sitting al litto higher..

another thing yuo cna do is modify the strut bearing.. dont use that Roller bring to space up the strut brng from rubbing the bolt at the top of the bag.. or just buy some pillowball mounts..

doing this canbrng the car down about an inch more..

you have to grind down to make the circile smaller so it fits between the bolts..

Hey I think u might need a shorter strut like coilover setup.. I see some pic of airbag sitting on coilover and I bet the car will sit low to the ground.. I beleive stock struts are too tall then any other aftermarket struts...
