Sub $3.00 gas.
Who's ready for some cheap gas?
Market is falling like bird poop onto investors heads.
Used cars will be CHEAP, although you won't be able to get loans for them.

I thought getting loans are now easier? My retirement fund just went down the drain so damn fast. I was hoping to be a millionaire by the time I retire..

Cash is king. Loans are harder to get with the credit crunch n all...
However, Theres a LOT of future money to be made in this current market.
sub 3.00 fuel would be nice tho
My house uses Oil to heat...im afraid to ask how much its going to be to fill the tank this winter:smiley-rofl:

It's $77.70 for the weekend.
I remember last year or 2 years ago, they were saying the US would go crazy if it went to 90/100 a barrell. Well we can only hope to see less prices than what they are now.

There is a ballot in the congress right now. Its that stupid $700 billion dollar bail out bond that is supposed to rescue the stocks from plummiting like it is.
But the thing is, even if it does pass. Which I hope it doesnt. It still wont get us out of the hole. It will just lower our currency and become like the peso's(sp?) A million peso's is $1:(
Its funny how the government laws work. The bail out ballot went in the votes 2 times, and failed both times. They revised it to ask for $800 billion and by-passed the Voters. It went to the senate's. They passed it and now its waiting for the congress to answer, if they havent already.
If it doesnt pass, we can expect gas prices as low as $2/gal.
so yes, I am waiting to pay .99 cents a gal when I first started to drive back in '91

Um, I believe it already passed.
It won't get us out, but it's trying to do SOMETHING which it needent do.
Oil closed at 77.70 a barrell. I see premium dropping to under 3.50 in the very near future.

I was happy to fill up with 50 bucks the other day. LOL, and to think, I gave up an old crx I had that I used to fill up with under 20 bucks, and get 35+/gal, and I thought filling up with 40 bucks on my dads truck was huge....
What really sucks is what 401k I had, is probably depleted due to this recession....BUT, that means what shares it buys up, it's buying up a lot more than it used to, and it'll bounce back exponentially....hopefully.

WHOA. Damn....HI sucks.
You guys gotta pay the price for having awesome weather year round and beatiful beaches and stuff like that somehow...not to mention having to have everything shipped out to ya.
Well..at least you got the beaches.
I think our local gas peaked at 4.70ish for premium..

Premium in south OC is around $3.63 at Chevron. Even the Arco down the street is the same price. go figure. Everywhere else I've driven outside of south OC has been about .15 higher.

I just drove by a 76 gas station. They have a sign stating that you get .10cents off per gallon, if you pay cash only.

I just picked up a 97 ES300* and at $2.82 a gallon AND it takes unleaded (unlike my GS) i'm happy as hell! Now i'm able to have a winter car and finish the interior in my GS.
*Having a newer champagne 2 tone untinted, unlowered, painfully stock ES300, is AWESOME. I am invisible it's such a nice break from my GS. I get so much attention in my GS I feel I could be smoking bongloads in the ES and no one would even notice =) Plus my sidewall is like a 65 so potholes and curbs I don't even notice (not like it matters i'm conditioned to avoid them)

Our gas price is at $2.99 on supreme at Chevron. WA is one of the top 3 states that rape us of gas prices. So if its that low here,it must be real cheap in the EastCoast

Top three eh? I wonder what your minimum wage/cost of living is if 2.99 is raping you.
It's still 3.45 (premium) at my local gas station that I frequent. Regular is 3.25. Oil went back up on the close on Friday, I hope it goes down again tomorrow (Monday).
