Squating down German style*pics*

ok,ok,ok......
 
Ive been known to browse alot of Japanese sites in search for VIP inspiration......
 
 
but for the last month.....I have been really diggin the German aggressive styling the use on benzes and such...
 
I dont know whats gonna happen to my LS430 that was wrecked......but if they total it....I think Im gonna cross over and get a CL 600!
 
aside from the aggressive fitment on the wheels of these cars.......my biggest love for this style is the true three piece old school wheel.... you know, the original MAE or OZ Futura where you have a high polished step lip and the actual design of the wheel is bolted on as a true 3 piece....other similar wheels are..... BBS,RH,OZ,MAE,MEC....

I would love too see these rides use more camber, other than that they are pretty freaking hott! loving that blue benz

euros are something i always admire although i haven't really got into them. cls would be my weapon of choice.

They look kewl but i remember when we had our wheels like that and everyone on here was saying " You have to much poke blah blah blah".  I love the stance and we still roll like that but its just funny how people hated the poke and now its ok to have poke :pat:

I have seen alot of Cl's and they are nice as hell ...but If i have these same issues with one of those cars ... man o man the maintaince issues lol

I love the fitment on the first picture of the CL! Thats how it should be done.

BLKonBLK i saw an episode of Top Gear here in Australia the other week and it was a similar model/era of Merc (SL 600?) that Clarkson was driving. it has fibre optic electric everything, as well as electric curtains etc. haha 
 
i remember thinking watching it that it would make an awesome cruiser bagged. apparently its slow, hard to steer, doesnt brake much etc but for a weekend cruiser who cares!! i think theyre a collectors item these days though, at least here in Aus..

i believe they are simmons.  they are face mounted, stepped lipped (which simmons does), but the spike caps are custom.
