Anyone change their steering wheel on an Infinit/Nissan Sedan?

I'm thinking of changing my steering wheel.  I know I'll lose my airbag, cruise control and some audio controls.   I can live with that.    Thinking of something like Nardi or something nice that can match my interior wood.    Also does anyone know what company or model hub would work on my 2002 Infiniti Q45?   I was thinking of trying like a 350z hub or maybe a 240SX...probably a short one.  Thanks in advance.
