Ungrateful a$$ people....

So I downsized this summer and moved into one of the rental houses.  I [B]hate [/B]moving but it made $ense with the economy like it is...
 
The smaller house im in now is in the city but its sitting on half an acre...looks really stupid:innoutrofl2:
 
anywayz, I come home and theres a note on the gate from sum lady asking if she could come on my property and pick fruit because she makes pies or sum crap. Im thinkin "uh,Hell no", she might fake like she broke her leg or sumthin and try to sue me. 
 
That little voice in me head started saying "Be Nice Emerald, She may have a family and food is gettin hella expensive these days..."
 
 
 
So anywayz, a few days later this chick is walking her dog and asked if I got her note. I told her to come by on Sunday to pick the apples. She asked if she could also pick grapes and the other fruit back there. I had no clue wtf was back there...I guess the old renters let her pick or she was on the property when it was vacant...I dunno. 
 
 She's trying to do the friendly neighbor thing..."Oh, let me make u one of my famous pies...", blah,blah,blah 
 
seriously, I havent even walked thru the entire property and really had no clue what was back there. I LOVE getting dirty with cars, bodywork n painting...but I hate camping n stuff like that. I jus knooooooow there are all kinds of wildlife n shizzle out there.:sad:
 
So I walk her back there last Sunday...further than I had ever walked b4. Then I said "have at it" and went into the house. =)
 
Half hour later (I peek out the window) she's still there....hour later and she has 2 friends with her that she let into my gate:signdammit:. 
 
All 3 were double fisted with HUGE canvas bags full of fruit and dirt and whatever else tehy picked. I think she brought in pro fruit pickers or sumting! I wouldve never gone back there and picked (or eaten) anything, So I didnt care. 
 
Plus Im getting estimates on having the whole "yard" done over in concrete:biggthumpup:
 
hmmmm........I see them walking towards the gate and am expecting them to knock on the front door to say "Thank you" and bounce........Nope! I hear the car drive off and my F'ing gate was left open:saiyancrunks:
 
no [I]thank you[/I] or nothin :sad: THEN, I see her this past sunday at the grocery store and she acted like she didnt see me. 
 
I cant wait to run into her again and be like:  "Bitch, wheres my Pie?!?" :smiley-rofl:

gross....well atleast they picked it for you....fruits could have just rotted back there if you didn't and flies would be all over the place and ants.   well i dunno how it is up there in the north but down here it stinks.

I guess you can start w/ a No Trespassing sign and tell here that you think shes disrespectful, rude, and ungrateful.

LoL!! I cut the front lawn...but have a Landscape crew who come out and maintain the rest of the property. I know there are sum sort of animals back there because they set off the motion sensors sometimes :sad: I no likey teh critterz :turbonoes_3:

Its a property that I previously rented out to tenants. They moved out and I left it vacant to do a little rehab work on it....then I thought it would be best to move in since its a much smaller house. I just rented out my old house...so theres no turning back now. gotta make it work :biggthumpup:
