Kitty is coming along...

just shipped the car out for St. Louis..snapped this quick cell phone pic this morning:

Car is being painted in STL.I used a special white primer for the bodywork and what not..didn't want it to look weak sauce till I get the paint on her.

Thanks for the good wishes..it's going to be a whole new experience for us since neither of us have lived there..let alone even BEEN there..haha.

$2600 including insurance...moving is NOT cheap..haha.  I shipped the Benz to LBC, we fly into LA tomorrow then hang for a few days with friends and some family..then start the drive to the STL.  All 1600+ miles of it..haha.

thats gonna be a crazy experience.  You are going from some nice lush tropics to the super burrr cold up in MO.  good luck on the move

Those pics don't do your kitty justice.......there are so many "hidden" and not so "hidden" Modds.  Glad I got to see her before you put her in the "cage".

Thanks...from what I've been told the winters aren't too bad in the STL.  But it will see the garage when weather doesn't agree with it..haha.  We'll just used the Benz for that.  I'm using the 18" Crimson's for "snow tires" and her new 19" wheels as regular use when we pick them up (she still hasn't decided what she wants yet).  We'll be missing Hawaii, but I'm sure there's lots of adventures to be had across CONUS.  Will be nice to actually take real drives..haha.

yup i know what you mean a real drive.. at least you dont runout of road in 30 min of driving.. LOL or just go in one complete cricle in a few hours.. I miss living in america LOL where you can just jump in your car and drive and drive and drive..

I'm in Long Beach right now.  Benz is here in port being unloaded.  It'll be available on Wednesday, then we start our road trip.

Haha, I have my furry winter coats from my regular trips to japan.  I just need to stock up on some other items.

Well, we picked up the Benz today (they called us this morning saying it was ready for release) and plan to head out of Cali on the 22nd on our road trip.  Going to hit K1 again tomorrow for some more go-kart action and then some din-din.
