VIP Club video?

i was searching youtube for celsior videos, and i came across some teasers for what looked to be video clips from a video series called VIP Club. i've never heard of these before. looks like they came out a few years ago judging from the wheel styles and fitments on some of the cars.

I believe a few members may have the videos but most I thought were on VHS.
