~Curious: What cause the tire has lump~

Front tires: 215-35-19 on 19x8.5
 
Rear tires:  245-35-19 on 19x9.5
 
The tires are 2 months old.. I took a ride on the road about 40 to 60mph and I feel the front is shaking.. The steering wheel shake a little bit but nothing major shaking.. So I decided to lift up the car on the mechanical lift and look at the front/rear tires.. The front tires and rear tires look fine.. Well Im gonna take two front off and wanna feel the middle tire if there is a lump or uneven wear.. It is perfect but something catch my eye.. I saw the inner sidewall tire has a lump.. Do u know what cause the lump come from? Is the tire defect or I hit something on the road.. Keep in mind, I drive on the road and I see a pothole, speed bump and something rough condition.. I swerve the car to avoid hitting the object..

use a high speed balance.

change that tire asap

Its a defect!!!!
Take that tire back for manufacture warranty
 
The tire broke internally right there and it is DANGERous to drive in that condition.

Thank u.. I will text my buddy work in tire warehouse.. HOpe everything work out.. Yes I switch aftermarket rims and tires to stock wheels and stock tires back on my ride and I feel more safer..:dance:

The manufacturer will do something about this? I thought it was from improper installation or hitting something?

In reference to the original question on how a tire may get a lump, it is more than likely hitting a bump at the right angle. I strongly recommend you replacing the tire as soon as you can because you run the risk of having the bubble expanding along the sidewall or more outward. When I purchased my car, I noticed an intense vibration at highway speeds. When I took my car in for a balance, the specialist told me about it. After the balance, the car didn't shake as violent. After I replaced the tire, the shake was just about gone. I had 20s on the car with 225/35s so you can imagine how outrageous the vibration was with that low of a profile!

In reference to iSuxeL's question, yes it is considered a defect from the manufacturer. I base my conclusion from a past experience with my cousin (and his car). 

My cousin purchased tires from Costco. A few months later, a bubble showed up on the outside sidewall on the front driver-side. Took it to Costco and had them inspect it. The tire came in a few days later so they replaced it free of charge.

It is not a defect. It is called an impact break. Usually very common with lower profile tires. A hard bump on the road could have caused it to break internally on the sidewall. You can take it back to your local tire dealer for some credit. If I were to run a 35 series sidewall on some 19s I'd choose a tire with a little bit more reinforcement like a BFgoodrich or a Michelin.
