New Shoes on the Passat, Work Euroline

Here it is, wheel set number 4 for this car, not including the stock steelies. I know not nearly as crazy as some of you wheel *****s, but I am getting there ;)

Work Euroline DH (5x114.3)
19x8.5 et42 FRONT
19x9.5 et45 REAR
Motorsport Technology 15mm adapters making final offsets et27 up front and et20 in the rear.

[B]Tires:[/B]

Dunlop SP Sport Maxx
225-35-19 FRONT
235-35-19 REAR

First I want to thank [B]Dunlop Tires[/B] for hooking it up, the SP Sport Maxxs are a great tire and they stretch quite nicely too =)

Next I want to thank [B]Motorsport Technology[/B] for making a badass set of adapters. They made my 5x114.3 wheels w/ 12mm bolt holes fit a 5x112 car with 14mm bolt holes and they did them in 15mm since there were pockets on the back of the wheels so the bolt heads fit in there. AND they are hubcentric and wheelcentric so everything fits perfectly no vibrations, shims, nothing. AMAZING quality adapters. :thumbup::thumbup:

Lastly I want to give a HUGE thanks to [B]Geordie and everyone at Butler Tire in Alpharetta[/B] for ALWAYS hooking it up, they are the best around truthfully. I wouldnt trust my wheels and tires with ANYONE else :bowdown:

Amazing... It looks right at home with the two GS's. This goes to show you what proper styling can do for any four door, regardless of origin.

BTW can that company make the same set of spacers with the 5X114.3?  I have an Audi with a 5X112 bolt pattern and am having a hard time looking for wheels with that bolt pattern. Let me know really interested!!!

Yup, that is exactly what they did for me as the Passat and Audis both have 5x112. However the smallest they can make is 20mm UNLESS the wheels have pockets or openings on the back next to the bolt holes where the bolt heads can go in. If they are smooth on the back then 20 is the smallest as the bolt heads will need to be flushed in. So make sure you pick up wheels with relatively higher offests.

freekin wow!lovin the stance,its on point!but there is one thing i would do.add a front lip or a different bumper so the height matches the side skirts.other than,simply stunning!

Yea, the side skirts sat a good bit lower then I had originally thought they would. I already have an aftermarket front end on it, but I have some ideas as to what I could do to make it look better because I agree with you, the front needs to match the sides and as of now it is like over an inch off which bugs me.

That would be VWs genius method of attaching the factory skirts. When OEM and rough black plastic you cant tell that the screws pull the rocker panel in however once smoothed and painted in certain lights you can see the little dimples which sucks. I am working on getting some FG caps made to cover that portion of the door skirt so you dont see it anymore.

That has got to be the nicest Passat I've ever seen...what suspension are you on?

BagYard Airride Suspension. 

They are an Austrian company, they use custom shortened versions of the Bilstein B8 struts, with UVAIR bags and handmade custom all metal billet mounts.
