I know its been a while since i have been here been real busy with work and all. check this out. Last thursday at 10am, my bike was impounded by a sd police officer because he thought it was stolen. He said it was stolen because a certain sticker from the factory or chp office was not on the frame of the bike. Then they put a hold on the bike til tuesday saying its evidence. After faxing over all proof that it was my bike, the sgt. decided to get an attitude because Iasked how come they didnt just leave a ticket instead of impounding the bike. The sgt. got upset and hung up on me. When i went to the station to ask why they took it to his face, he got upset again and told me i had to wait til the following monday. (Let them towing fees rack up).
 
So i filed a civil suit against the police department and the place i got the bike. Then all of a sudden, I get a call on monday, the sgt. found out about the suit filed and released the bike with me not owing a thing. The actual detective over the case apologized and gave me steps as to how to be re-enbursed by the city. I though it was all over then. Wrong
 
The cops went over to the shop and checked every bike. when they all came back legit, the sgt. yelled at the owner and realized that he was getting a civil suit filled against him from the owner for trespassing and harrassment. interesting huh. lol

I sold my boy my nissan cima symbols a while back and today his mom got pulled over. The cop said that because the car was a infinity, it was ILLEGAL to place another name on the car. Which is somewhat true however she told him thats what it was in japan and he got upset gave her a fix it ticket.

2nd, its illegal to replace the badges on your car?

nah its only illegal if its a chevy badge on a ford scenareo. lol. yeah so they gonna get that written off.

the worst part was when they took the bike, i was on the 24th floor at my job. and i work in a city building downtown. Thats just straight up trill.

Damn are you fuckn serious. What a bitch. Man now you have to watch out for SDPD. I bet he'll be on your ass but hopefully that civil suit will demote him somehow.

wait, so the bike shop ownered filed a civil lawsuit on the police officer for trespassing?

That's retarded, how are they going to tell you it's illegal to replace your badges? Tell them to show you the law where it says you can't do that. THEN fix it.

Damn that bites bruh glad his punkass got demoted also glad you got your bike back with no fees after the fact as well just because the economy sucks gives them no right to just pick the shit out of every little thing to try to get some more money out of us already tax paying individuals its not just bad for them we all are suffering somewhat...

I've never been a hughe fan of Sdpd or CHP but what are you gonna do, at least you dont live in Ramona. I got pulled over for FACTORY tint, also constant harassment by cops sucks. I hope something changes down here because it's gettin really gay.

most of you guys that get pulled over and such in SD are getting pulled over in the nice areas, north of the 8 fwy. they dont care south of the 8 freeway

last night i had a cop wait at an intersection diagonally adjacent(on the otherside of oncoming traffic) in a big intersection, till i made a left turn. as soon as i did he practically tail-gated me for 5 blocks (prob to run my plates). Although i didn't get pulled over, i'm sure he would of if he pulled around the front on me.

ha ha ha, i've had undercovers follow me on college blvd. I was at a red light, and the where going the other direction. The had their windows half way down, i and i looked over that them as my light changed. So a few lights later i look in my rearview and they must have flipped a u-turn, and now they where following me. HATERS!:saiyancrunks: They never pulled me over.

I remember an Aristo owner here had Lexus badges and got pulled over because they ran the plates and found that it was a Toyota.
