Do you know where in japan the plate came from? I was told over 75% of the plates circulating here are from rural cities. I was taught that people there can tell/judge people from the markings of their plate. Level of status you may say....

From the Kanji it is from Haruhibu, in the kanto region by tokyo/saitama but I could be wrong.
I wish I had a car to put this on right now because 3-14 is my birthday, I have been looking for that plate for a while! 
Any offers? I might pick this up just to hold on to for a while if I can get some money.
