Where can I get one of these?

I want an exhaust canister like the one on this car. Does this come this way or are most of the exhausts like this custom made? I don't want it sticking to far out from the bumper as a matter of fact I wouldn't mind if it stayed under the bumper but I just wanna know where can I get an exhaust canister that has a 3 inch inlet and a dual 3 inch outlet or dual 4 inch outlet or a dual outlet with decent sized tips?

You could always try the sick ass 5Zigen Mega but I think it may be to small for what you are looking for.

thats a pretty nice exhaust, if it came out a lil bit more and then bozo style it up lol
