Seen this like a year agao.I haven't seen then anywhere opn the road so im guessing it's illegal.But then Legalbecause they are rims.:thelaw:Anyways i'm guessing it's only for show.

I seen those in Atlantic City NJ on some crappy looking DUB All Star like Escalade. It sucked but some you can program to do stuff like " call me hotness" and then post your phone number. I saw that part in a wheel mag:truestory:.

YES.  I know it's old...I saw the post date of the video and already knew it was a year old...however wanted to just see if anyones seen it on the streets other then youtube and magazines.
