I was speaking to a guy at the I-Forged booth at SEMA and he claims... Asanti acquired Auto-Couture!?!?!?!

Checked around on the net and found nothing. but this:

Technically, Lexani would have.

But yeah, that's pretty interesting if that's so. Not entirely suprising

Does this mean expensive wheels are going to be even more expensive to attract the DUB ballers? I just hope they don't hit JDM prices. The Japanese pay like $10,000 for a set of new Auto Couture 20's. LOL its nuts. The swiss wheels that they used to sell were $25,000 :runcoold:

If you check out Modular Society they have a few of AC wheels listed. Some with the incorrect names. I wasn't a fan of Asanti but some of the new AC wheels have been kinda DUB styled anyway so yea it wouldn't be a surprise.

Technically, Lexani bought Modular Society, which had licensed the AC name
and was making some of the three-piece forged wheels for AC Japan.

If Lexani does as good a job with the Mod Soc stuff as they did with the
Kinesis brand they bought a few years ago, my life will continue to
get easier... :)

I saw the Lexani wheels with crystals in it at a wedding recently. It's the one with the Fleur de Lis and crystals. It looked fricking CORRECT with the retardedly priced Strut grill on the black Range Rover I saw.
