Has anyone screwed up their fenders with their wheels...

I've seen many of you guys and others with rim lips or tires kissing the fender lip.

But has any of you guys accidentally dumped the car too fast or miscalculated and crushed their fender?

Just wondering, haha.

fcuk them up alot of times. brand new wheels too. but it is from riding dirty

and funny when we post up pics some wise ass will post need spacer.

2nd Gen. GSs have a problem w/ there fenders poppin off when riding to low, but that's about it.
I've hit my fender plenty of times and haven't had any issues there.
 
Now when I had my AMEs I use to ride as low as possible and the lip would hit the fender from time to time but the damage isn't noticable and after awahile I was like f*** it!
 
To answer your qustion, you would have to hit the fender insanely hard to f the fender up or wheel for that matter. Fenders aren't that strong to dent a rim and the rim shouldn't be hitting the fender and if it does it shouldn't be enough to f*** the fender up.

I did on my LS430. When I had my 20's at full crank of the wheel going into a steep driveway, my tire pulled out the fender lip and some of the paint. But prior to all that, I did cut off some of the inner fender lip (which is why it pulled out, instead of just rubbing).

A lil' bit.

Lost a fender liner and piece of bumper.

Shaved my rear bumper through friction.

Pulled a small section out from my front fender, from turning with the front wheel tucked.

Not enough camber is my problem

nah, i spend enough time when i fit my wheels to make sure nothing hits :)

I done it so many times that when I repainted my whole car I did not even re-bodywork my fenders. My shit rubs evry time I turn... O well. I rust roll my fender  a bit with a steel pipe and beat the rest flat with a hammer so I don't pull the lip. Out

that slang term is far from what you are trying to use it as. lol

I flipped out my fender a few times trying to turn too low over a dip or something. I need to repaint one side now. =(

plenty of times lol.

both front fenders... since im on dropped springs i cant adjust my ride height (duh)... so when i gotta angle up a driveway or whatever, since i trimmed the inner lip off the front fenders theres no metal there for bracing, the tire tread would grab the lip and mangle the f*ck out of it.. i remember i mangled my passenger fender for the first time going up a driveway into the lexus dealership... everyone looked cuz i had some aggresive rims on it, and they walked towards my car to see it, and they saw the fender and was like holy sh*t..... but i body worked it back to normal, hammer and dolly'd the lip flat, and fiberglassed to back so it wont happen again...

I messed up my fenders pretty bad on my Z since I've been riding slammed but I think it's only because tein flex coilovers are too soft for my ride height...... but who cares.  My Car's in the shop now getting tidied up and I'm selling it.

I have when i drive 2 low I cant turn lol!

I've seen/heard plenty of people use that term for riding really low

both my fenders are jacked...and this was BEFORE airrunners...

i suppose you could be braking laws having the vehicle so low if thats illegal in your state

my fenders are plastic so no need to worry. hahaha

F-up my front passenger (GS3) fender once, lesson learned: do not turn wheel while going up a ramp!
