My fenders are pulled to the max. At this point, they have to cut the quarter panels and doors open and weld more metal on there. Im staying away from fiberglass because I don't like the way it looks when it gets blended in with metal. The gas cap and door handles have to be moved as well so they are not sunken. The wheels will camber in more naturally because they are lower offset and the wheel is pushed further away from the car.

Don't you know me by now? My M.O. is taking crappy dark cell phone pics.  These were actually taken with a real camera, I just don't know how to use it lol

yeah, they were made super fast, but i couldnt get them out to him as fast as i wanted to. he could have had them in less than a month total, but work interfered

These are gonna look very nice on the car! And w/ the new look and what not it, these wheels will add a more luxury look to your ride!

Scissor jacks are the shit, it's the only thing that fits, and you can bring them anywhere.

Its going to be like having custom fenders made for the car.  There is no limit.  The way I have it planned out in my mind, it shouldn't look like overkill like some of the widebody japanese cars sometimes do.

Thanks.  It was tough choosing the right wheel.  First I had to narrow down wheels that offer wide widths and crazy low negative offsets.  Lots of wheels that I liked didnt offer the offsets or widths that I was looking for.  Then I wanted something exotic looking.  Something that wouldn't look out of place on a 6 figure car.  I was going to do a full face wheel to play it safe but I am glad I didn't.  I already did that look and if anything, I can still put on my full face Auto Couture rims (going to have to get some spacers for the rear when I finish) :biggthumpup:

I don't want to put that info out there. I don't want it to be a bench mark where people strive to get that number and miss the point of the style. You can have the lowest offsets, biggest lips, etc but if the wheels dont fit or flow with the car, who cares? I'm not trying to have the biggest E-Penis.
 
The lips are big and the offsets are low, thats all im saying =)

When I had told people I thought about getting this wheel, several of them told me, don't get that wheel because Agi will crush you w/ his lips/specs.........I was like SO!!!!! That's jus more of a reason to get them! HAhahahahahaha! Who cares who's lip is bigger or what! If you like the wheel/car then that's all that matters. I've seen MANY cars w/ smaller lips and weaker offsets that look 10000X better than alot of these cars w/ insanly huge lips!

Looks sick as hell I didnt think you could get such a big lip out of those wheels except for the RL in the VIP Style magazine I hadnt really seen that much of a lip for those wheels.

I have pics of over 5-6 cars w/ big lips on these paticular wheels. Agi has the biggest (PAUSE!!!)

Agi you have to do the 6 pack photo on them like you did with the other wheel.

They are the most aggressive set of Vinushu's made and thats counting Japan.:giggity: I love WEDS and LEON's because they offer crazy offsets and wide widths.

It has been kind of slow here so I will fill you guys in on what I have been up to.
 
Its been a long slow winter for me.  I havn't driven the car since around new years due to a couple blown compressors.  The cold weather and snow didn't have me in any rush to get the car running either.  I just been saving up while collecting car parts.  I just put some tires on the WEDS

^ ^ ^ After my compressors blew, I had no ride to get tires put on. This is my only car and no one in my family owns a car. I live out in SI now. The only place that stretches my tires without giving me any problems is out in Northern Blvd queens. Thats like a whole day traveling because you will hit traffic no matter what. Vlad took the time out of his off day to come help out. :biggthumpup:

I hear you about finding a place to stretch tires.  There is one shady shop here that focuses on DUB rides that will do anything for cash so they are great.  So what if they give me the wheels back with lots of tire wet and greasy finger prints all over the wheels hahah

Huge lips are not popular on vip cars any more in Japan.  They usually dont go past like 100mm lips.  Its all about the excecution though.  If I can pull them off without looking like im trying too hard, they will accept it.  Hopefully this year, I can go out there to meet mr. K-break.  Maybe if I get his face air brushed on my gas cap, he will fly my car out there too lol :shrug:

I started the body work on my car. I had to redo both my front fenders and bumper because they got damaged dragging the car while it was stuck on the ground to get it on a flat bed. I would say im about 60% done. I still have alot of sanding to do. BTW, the bumper is not bolted on the car in this pic.

The front's fit as is but the rears will need some work. The front and rear camber should be close to equal at the end. My goal is to lay stock side skirts on the ground while being flush :dance: (not tucking or poking even 1 mm is flush)

That was just a test fit, its no where near done yet.  It's turning out to be a major project because the roof needs to be reinforced.  Lots of cutting and welding is involved

holy ish .. just cut off an inch of lip and let me weld it on my car and call it a day ! lol

I noticed coming out of walmart today that passats have a wheel from the factory that is similar in design. The spokes are twisted. The only differemce is that there are no lips on the vw wheel but the face looks just like there.
