now i like how you think man!when it was my time to choose a color for my GS.i asked my friend if he could do a black with a hint of green.he showed me a part with a black base,gold flake and candy green over.that has hella sick!but decided not to go with it because candy paint + daily driven = faded paint in a year or so.

Just do black with green flake then :D

So a solid red huh...? The dodge viper red is really nice.  A friend of mine sprayed his camaro viper red and it stood out, was really nice.... a solid red shouldn't be too expensive cuz there's no pearls or metallics in it. Oh man do that then, a solid red y33.... with god knows what type of kit you got now with some type of fog lights grafted into it.... should be sick....

screw red....ray already doin that. I say go for Lexus IS-F blue, or something like that. You gotta make it POP!

Any late 80's maroon will set you apart from the crowd definately!

Also, I like the dark reds that Cadillac has been coming out with lately

im pretty sure thats what my friend told me what he did.or was it black base,pegan gold,candy green?i dunno,i have no experience with painting.but i know it looked damn good!

just watch out for a pure red... a couple project cars ago i ask my painter to give me the redest red out there... and when i got it back it was so red that it had an orange look too it..

I was close to doing red during my last project but last minute I changed my mind :shrug:. I should be doing a color change as well and I am having a hard time picking the right color

cadillac has this crystal red (tint color) from the new 2009 STS.. check it out.. it might be the same one that corvette has :shrug:

The Buick Lucerne also comes in Crystal red. I am not a fan to be honest.

The old Lucernes had a dark red. I forgot what it was called but it looked fantastic.

Maui Blue! It is a nissan color used on a very limited number of the 2002 G20 sport models. It is kind of an electron blue but more deeper. Looks pretty good on the P11s

We got ibis white or R8 white on my bros daily , Scion Its the Most pure white ... If this wide body makes to much work I am color changing too and this will be the color

Personally, I like it, sometimes. This red Y33 is a definite YES.

The part that makes Artisan Spirits better is that the shapes of the vents differ to suit the models they're meant for, so it looks cleaner.

Pancakes, do you want the wider fender or just the vent?  If just the vent...go real VIP and gank some from another nice car (ie sl500 etc.)  I have ones picked out already from another car all together but it will be a long time before I start grafting anything into my fenders as I still haven't finished round one of suspension....

Both I want know if the wider fender will even be needed until my wheels come in. But I really like fenders and all that sh*t they do in Japan. And I have to decided fairly quick cause the car is getting repainted.........Allready got parts from merc. picked out! :biggthumpup:

So if you'd like to maintain the metal fender to alter, but still have the vent, you do like I mentioned.

Are you going for a loud look or a classy luxury look?  Answering that will get you some better answers that are not way off of what your thinking of.  
 
I personally love the blue/black metalic color BMW used on the M5 like in 02 or 03.  I think that would look so sick.  THe body shapes and lines are similiar on both cars so you really can get a good idea of what it would look like on your car.

if it were my car, id do it a color it doesnt come stock in. ive never seen a green, or blue Y33....  but i would like to see a gunmetal y33, with color matched gunmetal lips and matte black centers/face... thats just me.....
