Work Euroline DH hex cap bolt dimensions???

Does anybody know the dimensions of the hex cap bolts that goes around the Work Euroline DH wheels?  Also, do you know where I can order the bolts from?  I think the dimensions for it is  8mm x 1.25mm x 20mm, but I can't find bolts that size anywhere on the internet.

home depot has the in black and sliver, you might have to have them special order them for you though. 

They are called machine cap screws.
