q45 sad window

my rear passenger window falls down. and i can lift it up. the motor switch allows it to roll down. when itry and  roll it up it does nothing. i lift it up and use the switch it assists a slight bit.

WHY!
what do i need to buy/ do to fix this. anyone else have tis problemm? 1990 q455555555555555555.

it is very annoying when i go over a bump and the window falls down.

window regulator is probably shot

This happened to mine.I took apart the center switch and it was all black.Scratched it off until i twas copper again and works fine now.This is only if it rlls up from the rear switch and not the center.

it was the plastic clip inside the metal window rail. it was not gripping the wire. so i ordered a new one. going to just put it in. reassemble the rail and bam should  be fine.
