Bosh blades are pretty nice.
Can't help you with the fluid, I had to get rid of my windshield washer tank to make room for my huge fogs lol:shrug:

wipers should be replaced beginning of the raining season every year. That's what I do after the summer heat warps the rubber and the temperatures start to get cooler.

+1. I've been using Valeo Ultimates for about 2 years now, they're awesome. Can't go wrong with 2 for $20 either.

only problem i have is that on my girlfriends s2k the wipers are actually more exposed to wind, and the cap always flies open. so i taped it down from the inside. hasnt popped up since. other than that their great.
i use rain x so i hardly use the wipers.

I'm using Bosch Icons and rain-x. I usually change blades every season. For icing I have Microheat Hotshot heated washer fluid on the Q. I haven't tried it yet for icing, but it sure helps to clean the windshield.

Valeo's huh? I need replacements too, are they just the rubber blades, or is it the whole unit? Truth is i haven't used mine at all this year. Water just beads off and visability is pretty good.

they are sold as a whole arm.
comment for the rainX application:
u have to go above a certain speed for the drops to fly off, its almost useless if your going 30mph for me.
anyone have the same experience?

as far as rain-x goes i hardly ever use wipers b/c i use rain-x. how i apply mine is spray alot onto a paper towel and spread it all over the windshield. let it haze for about five minutes, then i apply another coat the same way and let it dry again. after that i just take a dry paper towel polish it in until the windshield is clear. as far as slower speeds go it still works well enough for me to not have to use my wipers:shrug:

i got the pylons since i couldnt find the valeos or the icons.
the pylons are very nice and worked great in harsh weathers. ice didnt build up on the arm causing it to stick or anything.
its uses the same design as the icons and valeos in which the arm is just one piece
btw they were like $40 total at walmart for the pair =/

The cheap regular michelins I got start to jump and skip for awhile. Is there a way to prevent this? I bought some rainx glass cleaner/treatment spray and it seems to work well so far. Says it doesnt leave streaks but that was a lie hah.

make sure you clean the wiper thoroughly when you wash the car clean the gunk off the wipers and make sure they lay properly flat on the glass! that stops them from jumping and streaking....

I agree with Rain X wipers and Rain X de icer. Very good stuff! On another note some of the De-icer washer fluid can stain paint on a paint job that is not kept up on. That really doesnt apply to the cars on this site but something to keep in mind.
