what up? i need advice

i am ready to start a new project and make a vip style car.
what would you tell me to buy and why.
the cost of the car can't be to expensive so nothing over 15k.
i know that is low but doesn't mean i can't do it.

Welcome to the site! I would recommend, suspension and wheels first and foremost. Everything after that is up to you. If your budget is under 15k then there are many choices for you 2001 and under g/l and keep us posted w/ pics...

i would say if you don't even know what kind of car you want you need to do more research before you move on anything. $15k could easily build a sick car though if you spent it wisely.
