cigarette lighter aint working
whats the problem?>

id check the fuse box first

say u checked the fuse box and there werent any fuses blown and it still doesnt work. whats next?

Check the power wire for 12v that connects to the lighter and be sure the ground is good to go.

yea so wen u check that power wire goin to the lighter w/ the ground... have it out and wiggle it alittle while car is on. unoe check for heat and ejection. does nething else round the cig lig. not work either?

so i have power going to it and the actual lighter part works but when i try to plug something there is no power going to whatever i have plugged in
any ideas?

yea bro... actually it did that in my car as well. my cig. lighter works in the car but as soon as i got to plugg in my ipod charger and watnot the light doesnt come on or charge.  thers couple things u can do when plugging in other devices is to check the fuse on device itself or do the wiggle thing til u get a light indicator that comes on. simple lil tricks here and ther. well mayb the other guys noe wat it might be

and i thought i was going to be the only one with this weird problem.  i know its not the fuses because they work in the cigarette light in the back.  iv sat there for a good amount of time wiggling and trying different chargers and i still don't get any power to any of them.
