WTB or WTT for 2006 Infiniti M35

i am very interested in buying a 2006 Infiniti M35. I can also trade my 2000 Lexus GS 300 with mods.
 
I have Stance Coilovers, 19 inch wheels and Brand new Achilles Tires. (just put on 12/23/08) Also have a Tanabe Hyper Medallion Exhaust.
