Next fad? LOL It looks cool, there was the first new zr1 corvette on barrett jackson auction that sold for 1mil, it had a bunch of CF add-ons. Maybe they want to be more sporty?
The VIPstyle is defiantly heading towards sporty.... The new wheel fad is Spoked wheels..... :shrug: I jus see the honda boys/JDM/RICER seen hoping on this.......:pat:

:shrug: I like it. I've had carbon splitters in the back of my mind since I got the car. Anybody remember that pic of the Mitsubishi minivan with Work FS and a carbon splitter kit?
I don't see anything wrong with it. Personally I would just have it painted. That new Mode Kit for the After MC F50 is the shit. Makes me want to buy a 05 Q :biggthumpup:
the scene definately seems to be going more sporty, i can dig the lip, but id prolly paint it like Agi said... the mode kit for the after mc f50 is money!
overall its not that bad. even if they made it for my older modeparfume kit i wouldnt buy it though it probably cost as much as the bumper. tho the front lip isnt bad, the sides n rear canard things are kinda tryin too hard. id rock the front lip, painted, if i could get it cheap just so the front looks lower + is different from other MP kits.
is is sporty? A little bit. Does it look good on that car? I think so. Japan is always going to be changing the style up to go with the times. If you don't like the look then don't buy it. Simple as that.
in the new VIPCAR i saw an LS with a carbon fiber hood in one of the adds too. :shrug: i dunno... looks nice in a way... but it almost "voids" luxury.....

it actually looks nice! my car is no where near Vip but ive been actually working on my car with Carbon Fiber.

not diggin' it. not diggin' a lot of stuff that happened in '08, but times stops for no man right? i remember a few threads about vents, black wheels, carbon fiber, etc. the consensus was "hell no". now what?
I wont lie when I say some of my favorite old school VIP rides are rocking a little more sporty wheels than not. And I personally love Carbon Fiber!! I would love to see it integrated into the VIP scene a little more, but in a classier trim oriented way Vs. lip kits and such.

There's this white LS430 that has one and another sivler one w/ it.. Also The guy from garage Magical is rockin one on his Y32. I like the hoods on those cars but if it starts becoming more common like the tuner world then that's gonna kill it. ALot of this hit or miss trends only works (for me) when there's not everyone rockin the same idea. Hint- for my cars color change, wheels, fusa, etc. *I dunno, somethin about everyone rockin the same thing kills it for me :shrug:
The way I see it i'd rather scrape the bajesus out of a replaceable carbon fiber lip then my kit. I'd say carbon fiber (especially certain weaves) can be a pretty exclusive material. Then you take the skill it takes to wrap interior pieces and thats pretty danky. On the outside in the [b]right dose's[/b] I think it could do wonders to some cars... my car... hm...
yea ive seen a lot of cf fenders, but they all just paint them anyways.

For the front, you need the hood, hood chrome garnish, grill, headlights and bumper Thats like over 4g's from the dealer. You can't find any of the parts used other then the headlights once in a blue For the rear, your need the trunk, LED tails, inner trunk lights and bumper. The After MC trunk is shorter and shaped differently then the before MC trunk

anyone have actual pics of this car? i cant stop coming back to it. yea cf is tacky and watever, but on this car its so subtle and flows really well. nothing too rice. sorta like vented fenders, if done right it can set off the car.
