for the last time...

WTF ARE YOU DOING?

your car doesn't run well, you haven't done mandatory maintenance, you have a mild drop, and you do not have wheels. why are you buying multi-link parts? stop waistin money on anything you can get your hands on for under $100 and DO F**KIN WORK SON! you're going to end up with a raggedy a**, slightly dropped g50 cambered the f**k out on stock wheels that won't move out of the driveway. if you're gonna build the car, build the damn car. save up some money, make some real moves. stop playin games.

...and just because i know you're gonna try and justify your process or get all tight and whine about "tEH HaTOrZ", the parts you are looking for are upper and lower control arms. save us the blah, blah, blah and just buy them or come to your senses and make a new post asking for the advice you really need. you obviously can't do this on your own.

if you need injectors your car is not running fine. if you need to install injectors you need to spend about $1k on hoses that are going to break when you pull the plenum. how bout those chain guides? take care of that yet? didn't think so...

and if you read, i told you exactly what parts you need. you probably want to stick to the uppers since the lower cost real money.

alright, lemme try and explain this without offending you (even though i know you have heard this 1,000,000 times already). you need maintenance, you want mods.

there is no point in modifying a car that has the potential of catastrophic failure at any given time. until your chain guides are done (which i can almost guarantee they are not) you are juggling a hand grenade. infiniti is not obligated to give you service history, but i will bet money even if they do the chain guides will not be on there.

as for injectors, you're looking at $100+ per. the connectors are the least of your worries. once you pull the intake manifold there are 25+ rubber hoses that have been within mm's of a big, hot v8 for almost 20 years. they are going to crack. so you have ~$1k worth of parts to buy there. now, being the smart guy that you are, you are going to realize that there is no point in pulling the plenum and replacing 2 injectors. so that $200 for injectors turns into ~$700 for a set. then you're going to realize that since you have the top of the engine off there is no time like now to spend that $500 on the chain guides. totall: ~$2200.

but instead of doing that, you chose to buy toe, tension, and ucas. it might have seemed like much at the time, but you spent enough money to at least buy the chain guide kit. now you're rollin down the street, not tsuraichi or tucking rim because you're not dropped low enough and you're on factory wheels. in fact you're less flush than factory because you have those sweet 15x7's with about 10* of camber. BOOM! chain guide shrapnel falls into your oil pan, clogs your pump, and your engine is toast.

now you have a car that isn't worth much when it's in prime condition, except your's is not anywehere close, has a blown engine, and some random suspension parts that you will take a loss on.

the point is this stuff you keep asking about; you don't need it, and when i say "don't need it" i mean "your car will be worse with it". you are not low enough, nor do you have wheels that require fitting. these cats with rca's, uca's, tension, and toe rods... they are slammed on 9/10/11" wheels with low offsets. they need them, you do not.

you got your 300zx suspension, be happy with that. now move on to areas of your car that actually need work.

Yeah but if you get in my head this is what you'll see.

I planned to get all suspension parts and get the adjsutable arms at stock length since it's adjsutable.Just have it ready so once i get rims im set. Most likey rims will be coming this year or sometime early next depneding on budget.Im rethinking about UTI so that saves alot.I will take the Plenum off and do the injectors.I know how much they go for also.Right now I'm still figuring out things about the car. Most things work fine just that I make it sound 10x worse. Some guy from Nico checked my car out and we did the codes and ajusted a couple things. He said I make it sound worser than what it is.So therefore it's not as bad.I will take pics someday and show you.But other than that i understand about the camber parts but someone on here told me drop the car first then get rims just because you want to know how much clearance you got.I stuck to that.At the same time since i got Auto im working on the engine.Understand me now?

I know your warning me but i'm more the type that double tasks.I got all suspension aprts sitting in my room. The rears come in today. So we'll see then you could've simply said you don't need fronts until you have rims to on so you know what kind of camber you need.:slap:

i've been telling you this since you started buying these parts. you are spending money on parts that, according to you, you will set to stock when you need the money elsewhere. what sense does that make?

iirc, i was the one who told you to drop it and then buy wheels. don't try and use my own advice against me. if you would have added adjustable parts and maintenance into the equation it would have gone as follows:

1. maintenance
2. drop
3. adjustable suspension parts (if required)
4. wheels

i say "if required" because, in all honesty, unless you are trying to fit very aggressive sizing and/or go very low there really isn't a need if you drop and measure.

i don't care if you don't want to hear it what i am telling you is real talk. if you are too hard headed to recognize a helping hand then go waddle out to your garage and do wtf you wanna do. stop asking for help if you don't really want it and definitely don't bother telling me how i should have responded. i'm not answering wrong, you're just asking the wrong questions.

blkonblk is right though. i bought my air suspension. then did some research to find out what can fit a q for wheels. Then when i got them if i needed the fine tuning for suspension i got the components i needed. You really dont need LCA and such because your only on z suspension.

And people are getting so pissed off with you asking all these questions when really, you dont need the answers to these things. There is so much more you should be over at nico doing before you bring your car over here to start building. Everyone wants to play this IM VIP CUZZ I DRIVE A Q45..But in all honesty. Your less classy for being such a dumb.....nvm...What im trying to say is blkonblk is right in everyway. You should listen to him..

..oh and stop deleting your damn posts everytime you get shut down. its annoying. I will tell someone to ban your ass if you keep taking up bandwidth..and if these threads turn to this..OFF TOPIC.

Maintenance ALWAYS comes first. I was changing my spark plugs and saw my timing belt has a nice crack running down it, not a big deal, but big enough to know it needs to be changed soon. So....instead of tax money going to rims, I get to get that changed.

Well to answer your question, you probably already know the answer though but any aftermarket suspension part for a z32 300zx, 90-96 will fit your car... look for some adjustable front upper control arms. I just wanna see which one you'll get first, these parts or your car fixed....

I don't see whats wrong wtih having them in hand right now?Maintance is first so far ever since i got the car this is what has been done (car bought June, not driven for 2months):

-Smashed in fender replaced
-Hood flew off since it was bent when i got it,replaced includinging windshield
-Injectors,cleaned but i guess one was dying or started to once i had it
-All brakes replace
-Coolant replaced
-Brake fluid added
-power steering fuild added
-oil changed which is also coming soon
-all belts changed looking into changing bearings
-Valve covers redon and spark plugs changed

All this was done by months and all were done since i was learning more and more.Chaing guides maybe a major but it's $300 that i won't have in hand for a minute.Could've around xmas but all that money went to presents and some goodies for me thats it.Well okay just to keep all of us from telling this and that.Im cleaning all my plugs and some what tomorrow and also I think im gonna service the tranny and differential sometime this week. Will check guides then since i'll have my car in the air.Sound better?I won't buy rims until the car is running fine anyways.Injectors I'm still looking for a good price i know it maybe not go any lower but maybe somebody in nico can hook it up.Again a member from Nico that has own 8 Q's and knows alot about them even said the car is fine except for the injectors and to check the guides.

Guess us teens are stupid especially when we're hard headed.Nobody's acting to go VIP here everybody gots questions and everybody is new to something.Just like you guys learned you maybe getting mad but nobody says to reply. But thanks for replying. Will check in later.

Used struts and springs:
$125 both fronts have KYB GR-2 struts (used) low miles.

Traction,camber,tension:
Maybe like $250+ something like that.I forgot.

Yeah I know I could've used it for the guides or injectors which now that i think of it i should've.Lesson learn no more upgrades until injectors work and car is functioning right which is but you know what i mean.So the rims will wait a long time.Hopefully not.

If your going to that meet in SF feb something i maybe take my car.See it them not sure yet,

Exactly what I thought...you spent enough for the maintenance to be done, just you spent it at one time or another, not saving it. Sucks huh? To see how much you spend here and there nickel and diming your way away from what you need to do.

All is well though...get that maintenance done, once everything is in tip top shape, dive into the mods. Better to have a meh but well running car, than a good looking car stuck in the driveway.
