i would say its a custom made intake. usually if it had a brand, itll have a logo on it somewhere.

It does look like K&N...I found few that have similar end on them, but they were made by ractive or some other wallmart brand. Guess I may have to get the tip custom made

just playin man, you can get a regular filter and mod some toys to make it look like that, dont get it custom made youll spend too much
