Low Offset wheels close to Ocean Side?

Anyone on here have low offset wheels with a big lip in the ocean side (california) area? I want to test fit some wheels on my car. The size I think will fit right the car are 9 or 9.5 in the front and 10's or 10.5 in the back. Offsets in the front low positive and rear low negative or low positive. The car is a 96 wide body accord. Kinda like ontop's and he had 18x9 front (low positive) and 19x10 - 6 rears. They can be 18s or 19s. Also currently the car is 4 lug so 4 lug or 4/5 (9) lug universal are the patterns that can be used. I am supposed to stop by autofashion to get the sizes but the car is having problems driving because its been sitting for 16 months so I prob have to seafoam it and do some other things before I can drive it to autofashion. I m from San Jose so I will not be able to probably do all of this in one weekend as I m flying down there on friday but if someone can help me test fit some wheels so I can have an idea of what sizes to buy in case I can't drive to autofashion.
