well i would just get a custom setup done.Cuz the Stillen one, well i cant say i know what it sounds like. But Aimgain is like what....1k for the exhaust(wild guess..but i know the price is up there.) And i know you are not expecting that. Plus i think its built for the Aimgain kit. I would suggest to get some 2.5inch piping with a nice flowmaster tip or Magnaflow. Find a design you like. Cant go wrong with that setup and it wont sound ricer at all. Mine sounded awesome with that setup before. I loved it so much i now just have 2.5inch straight pipe. And its not that bad.

Oh by the way i have a g50 q45.

to get the fx45 sound ur gonna need the VQ engine and the exact mufflers/resonators etc. or like what urmyhero said, you could go a full custom catback for like 200-300 bucks at Shea, or u could buy 33flavors axle back.

On my Y33 I did a muffler delete with magnaflow tips. Sounds really good and since its a V8 car it will never sound ricer.

Ditto on the muffler delete. At least 3 or 4 of us have done this. I believe Cayce has the same tips as I have, they're the 22" long truck tips, looks insanely clean and sounds awesome. Also, you can get it done for under 200 bucks.

Thanks LiCelsior. The video doesnt do it justice cus the camera couldnt handle the bass level of the sound. I also have the after cats removed, which gives just a little bit more rumble.

1st off thanks everybody for the help.i didnt expect the sound and video.both are very nice sounding.fls is more smoother and alot lower compared to cleans.

before my q45 all i drove was rx 7's and i had loud pipes.of course the rotary engine is way different but im not sure if i want to go with a loud exhaust.i owned 4 rx7s.so im pretty much sick of the vibes.im going more towards fls's in sound.

FX45 has a VK, the FX35 has a VQ

I recommend any Apex'i products...wonderful sound. Always make sure you keep at least one resonator and one muffler for a clean, smooth sound. Raspiness is disgusting and is your enemy.

I was considering using an Apex'i Dual N1, but I'm leaning towards going true duals at some point with one resonator and one muffler for each side w/ an H or X pipe after the stock cats and deleting the 2nd set. And, go stainless so it will last and also to eliminate the rusty stock junk.
