I really love this 1st Gen Aristo but I dont know which kit this is so I wanted to know if anyone knew which kit this is or where I could find atleast the front bumper.

Yup. If its for an older car, and you have not seen it yet, its custom. Companies don't make kits for older cars anymore. The Y33 and even the second gen GS are going to be retired soon from getting any new kits (not that they don't have enough)

Isn't there a rule in Japan that states after 100,000 km, a car can not be on the road? That plays a role in why the older cars get no love
People pay higher taxes and what not. There's also multiple inspections. Road tax, jci, shaken...there's even parking tax now or some ish (though, that's any car, not just older ones, it used to be that cars older than 10 years need to do jci every year rather than every 2 years, but I heard now all jci is every 2 years). Jci can get pricey...
