You can find out information, but you already know who it is, where he lives, all that jazz. Maybe you can find out if he's looking at child porn or something.

Just deal with it like a man. Call him up and be like: "Listen dude, I don't care who you are, -insert girls name- is not your girl anymore, she's -dudes name- girl, and since I live with them now I gotta deal with shit thats going on their lives. This is becoming an annoyance to me, so you can back off and disappear or keep it up and we can play it the hard way, i'll make a few phone calls and you WILL disappear." or something to that effect. If you don't want to blatantly threaten him then something like "This is becoming an annoyance to me and I don't want to have to get involved but I absolutely will if you make me. So do us both a favor and just back off." Usually people like that do that shit cause they KNOW the girl won't defend herself, when someone else who doesn't fuck around that they don't know gets involved then usually they back off. Or challenge him to a duel. Then he really won't know what to do. He's just pissed cause he lost his pork pole beef safe.
